Job Description

** Du Koordinierst Instandhaltungsmassnahmen der Logistik und verwaltest und handelst alle technischen Ersatzteile am Standort.

*** Du führst die Wareneingangsprüfungen durch und buchst den Wareneingang
* Du bereitest die Ersatzteile zur Abholung gemäss den Wartungsaufträgen vor und buchst den Warenausgang
* Du unterstützt bei der vom MRO Analysten geleiteten Inventur
* Du unterstützt Massnahmen zur Reduzierung des Lagerwertes von Ersatzteilen
* Du unterstützt die Techniker bei der Identifizierung von Ersatzteilen im SAP
* Du bist verantwortlich für alle Ersatzteillagerräume und deren Lagerstrategie unter Berücksichtigung der der lokalen und MDLZ Vorgaben für 5S und Sicherheit
* Du definierst eine klare Lagerstrategie um Teile gemäss ihrer Klassifizierung (Verbrauchsmaterialien, Notfallteile, elektrische Ersatzteile, mechanische Ersatzteile, langsam und schnell drehende Teile, etc.) getrennt zu bewirtschaften
* Du stellst sicher das alle CAPEX Ersatzteile separat von SAP-geführten Teilen gelagert werden und für ihre zukünftige Nachbestellung in SAP kopiert werden
* Du koordinierst sämtliche Instandhaltungsaufgaben für den Bereich der Logistik
** Was musst du mitbringen?
** den Wunsch, etwas für deine Zukunft zu tun und deine Karriere zu beschleunigen. An Erfahrung und Wissen bringst du mit:
* Technische Ausbildung (z.B. Elektriker, Mechaniker, Landmaschinenschlosser o.Ä.)
* Vorzugsweise 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Instanadhaltung
* Optimalerweise bereits Erfahrung im Handling von technischen Ersatzteilen
* Fliessende Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache. Gute Grundkennntisse der englischen Sprache von Vorteil.
* Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP von Vorteil##
