We are looking for a proactive Marketing Intern to support the execution of marketing activities across multiple projects and channels.

At Real Wear, we are the global leader in assisted reality head‑mounted displays, empowering frontline workers with hands‑free access to real‑time information and expertise. Trusted by some of the world’s largest enterprises, our wearable solutions are transforming industries worldwide.

We're looking for a hands‑on Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across content, communication, events, and day‑to‑day execution. The role is open to students and early‑career candidates.

We care less about your degree and more about your mindset, curiosity, and willingness to figure things out.

This is not a “watch and learn” internship. You'll actively support content production, help coordinate trade shows and events, contribute to partner and reseller marketing, and keep projects moving. If you like getting things done and making them look sharp, you'll feel at home here.

  Paid internship (Swiss market standard)

• Support communication tasks and day‑to‑day marketing operations.
• Help build and update presentations and marketing materials.
• Support our team in photo/video shoots (coordination, asset handling).
• Keep things moving: follow‑ups, status tracking, and organizing assets/files.
• Help coordinate trade shows and events (timelines, logistics, merchandising materials).
• Support social media (content preparation, scheduling, basic reporting).

• You have a strong feel for communication, design, and a genuine interest in marketing.
• You’re organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• You are fluent in English and like to work in a multi‑language environment.
• You’re curious about AI and how it can make work smarter. You don’t need to be an expert, but you’ve played around with tools like ChatGPT or Claude and have ideas about where they could help.
• You’re cool with things moving fast and priorities flipping.
• You’re a team player with a good can‑do mentality, a deliver‑to‑promise attitude, and a hands‑on problem‑solving mentality.
• You’re confident with tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
