YOUR TASKS
- Primarily, you will focus on your personal and professional development and consolidate your skills in the role of a FH nursing professional, which you have acquired during your studies.
- You will accompany and support the nursing staff in the care and treatment of patients
- Your responsibilities also include nursing documentation and support in carrying out therapeutic measures.
- Furthermore, you will demonstrate motivation for interdisciplinary collaboration with different professional groups as well as our attending physicians and the nursing team.
- 10% of your deployment is dedicated to individual structured support offers by the nursing development at Hirslanden Bern (case discussions, participation in the creation of concepts, guidelines and standards, involvement in projects, support in handling error reports, insight into various areas such as the role of nursing expert Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist, wound expert, OR).
YOUR PROFILE
- You are in the final phase of your training as a Dipl. Nurse FH and still need Additional Module B to graduate
- Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for nursing and caring for people
- Team spirit as well as a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
