Quality Control Analyst – 6780

Im Bereich Biochemische Qualitätskontrolle/Gruppe ‘Cell Culture Analytics (CCA)’ suchen wir für unseren Kunden, eine gut qualifizierte und motivierte Quality Control Analyst temporär (12 Monate) in Bern.

Sie sind ein wichtiges Mitglied des Laborteams und tragen maßgeblich zum Erfolg eines High‑Priority-Projektes bei.

Im ‘Cell Culture Analytics’ Labor werden Freigabetests für unsere lebensrettenden Immunoglobulin-Produkte unter Einhaltung geltender cGMP‑Richtlinien überwiegend manuell durchgeführt.

• Zellkultur
• Neutralisationstests (Anti‑Polio, Anti‑Diphtherie und Anti‑Masern)

• Die praktische Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation des Anti‑Masern Neutralisationstests im Rahmen eines Projektes zur Methodenoptimierung.
• Enge praktische und theoretische Zusammenarbeit mit einem Spezialisten der Methodenentwicklungsgruppe im Rahmen des obengenannten Projekts.
• Weitere Aufgaben umfassen (je nach Auslastungsgrad durch die Hauptaufgabe):
• Zellkultur Routine (bspw. Splitten von adhärenten Zelllinien)
• Durchführung anderer Neutralisationstests in der QC Routine (Anti‑Polio‑ und Anti‑Diphtherie Neutralisationstest)
• Die Mitarbeit beim Unterhalt, der Kalibrierung sowie der Überwachung von Analysengeräten
• Die Mitarbeit bei der Beschaffung und Lagerverwaltung von Verbrauchs‑ und Labormaterialien
• Die Mitarbeit beim Unterhalt des Labors (bspw. Laborreinigung)

• Einschlägige Arbeits/Aufenthaltsbewilligung oder Schweizer/EU‑Staatsbürgerschaft erforderlich
• Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Laborant Fachrichtung Biologie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (bspw. Bachelor, HF, FH etc.)
• Erfahrung mit Zellassays und Zellkulturtechnik
• Erfahrung mit der Arbeit im BSL2 Virenlabor
• Erfahrung im GMP‑Umfeld sind von Vorteil
• Bereitschaft zur obligatorischen medizinischen Qualifizierung:
  Impfungen & Blutentnahme
• IT‑Grundkenntnisse (MS Office)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse Englisch

In the Biochemical Quality Control department/Cell Culture Analytics (CCA) group, we are seeking a well‑qualified and motivated Quality Control Analyst for a 12‑month contract position at our client’s headquarters in Bern.

You will be a key member of the laboratory team and contribute significantly to the success of a high‑priority project.

In the Cell Culture Analytics laboratory, release tests for our life‑saving immunoglobulin products are carried out primarily manually in compliance with applicable cGMP guidelines. Our specialties are:

• Cell culture
• Neutralization tests (anti‑polio, anti‑diphtheria, and anti‑measles).

• The practical implementation, evaluation, and documentation of the anti‑measles neutralization test as part of a method optimization project.
• Close practical and theoretical collaboration with a specialist from the method development group within the framework of the above‑mentioned project.
• Further tasks include (depending on the workload of the main task):
• Cell culture routine (e.g. splitting of adherent cell lines)
• Carrying out other neutralization tests in the QC routine (anti‑polio and anti‑diphtheria neutralization test)
