Due to our constant growth, we are looking for an experienced Change Coordinator / Change Owner Freelance with a strong background in Computerized System Validation (CSV) to provide immediate support for our client's site in Switzerland
.

This assignment requires a senior professional with a combination of consulting and project management experience who can coordinate and oversee change activities within a regulated environment.

• Coordinate and manage change requests related to Computerized System Validation
• Act as the Change Owner, ensuring all changes comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive change control activities throughout the entire change lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Quality, Validation, Engineering, IT, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of changes.
• Assess the impact of changes on validated computerized systems and ensure appropriate validation activities are performed.
• Facilitate change review meetings and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with GMP and CSV requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of change activities.

• Proven experience as a Change Coordinator / Change Owner in a CSV (Computerized System Validation) environment.
• Strong understanding of GxP-regulated environments and change control processes.
• Experience coordinating changes affecting validated computerized systems.
• Solid knowledge of CSV principles, validation lifecycle, and documentation requirements.
• Senior-level profile with experience gained as a consultant and/or project manager.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English is mandatory;
  German is must have.

• Location: Region Bern, Switzerland
• Start: Immediate
• Duration: Until the end of August, with a potential extension
• Workload: Full-time (100% FTE)
• Work model: 80% onsite / 20% remote (initially)
