Our Release + Quality Management team ensures stable releases, plannable go-lives and high quality through efficient test strategies and targeted automation. You are passionate about quality, think solution-oriented and want to actively contribute to releases not only running smoothly but also impressing?

What you can achieve

• With great passion, you ensure the quality of our releases by planning, managing and coordinating all test activities.
• You ensure stable go-lives through the targeted use of test methods and automated regression tests in frontend and backend systems.
• With your expertise, you continuously develop our test strategy and test guidelines and establish standardised test processes.
• Within the Scrum and project teams, you take on a coordinating and controlling role and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Thanks to close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you create added transparency regarding test progress, quality and risks.

• a completed education in computer science or a comparable qualification
• profound experience in test management as well as in various test types such as regression, integration and performance tests
• experience in agile methods and working with interdisciplinary teams
• a strong quality and risk awareness as well as a holistic understanding of test management
• a structured, responsible and communicative personality with assertiveness
