Bavarian Nordic in Bern, Switzerland seeks an experienced Head of QA Operations, Product & Batch Flow to lead eight QA specialists and ensure compliant, timely batch readiness. You will partner with Manufacturing, QC, Supply Chain, MSAT, and Compliance to drive quality excellence and operational efficiency.
The role emphasizes risk-based decision making, deviation and CAPA governance, and continuous improvement in a GMP environment. English fluency is essential;
German is a plus.
