As Senior Risk Manager, you will take ownership of risk management across development and production, ensuring robust safety standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Plan, implement and maintain structured risk management processes
• Create, review and maintain risk analyses and documentation
• Support development & product teams in defining effective risk mitigation measures
• Ensure transparent risk communication internally and with external partners
• Provide training and methodological guidance to cross-functional teams

You will operate at the intersection of engineering, quality, and product management — influencing decisions that matter.

• Degree in a technical or scientific discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management within regulated industries
• Experience in medical technology is required — ideally within medical devices
• Strong analytical mindset combined with confident communication skills
• Experience using risk management tools
• German (B1/B2 minimum, willingness to actively use and improve is essential)
• English fluent
