As a Shop Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Leading, motivating, and managing the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
• Implementing merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and maximize sales.
• Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Analyzing sales data and preparing regular performance reports for management.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
• Fluency in German & English
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
