• Create a warm, personalised and memorable experience for every client.

• Understand client needs and recommend products, silhouettes and complete looks with confidence.

• Contribute actively to sales targets, KPIs, clienteling and repeat business.

• Share Fusalp’s heritage, craftsmanship and technical expertise.

• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation.

• Take part in all daily operations, including stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and cash handling

For this role, potential and attitude matter, but we still expect a credible first experience facing customers.

Gstaad combines an international clientele with high service expectations. You will spend most of your time facing clients, but everyone also supports stock, deliveries and boutique operations.

• A first successful customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another high-quality service environment.
• English is required
• A genuine desire to build a career in retail rather than simply take a seasonal job.
• Enthusiasm for selling, learning and working towards commercial goals.
• Professionalism, reliability and the willingness to contribute wherever the boutique needs you.
• Availability to work a flexible rota, including weekends, public holidays and peak periods.

• German, French or any additional language.
• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Interest in fashion, ski or mountain lifestyle.

Seasonal 100% contract from December 2026 to the end of March 2027.

CHF 4,500 per month + bonus.

The salary is flexible and may be adjusted based on the candidate’s profile, qualifications, and experience.

Continuous training in products, client experience and retail excellence.
