The RoleYou are responsible for acquiring new clients in the healthcare sector with a focus on data & digital transformation within hospitals providing long‑term support as an Account Manager for those clients you acquire with significant development potential.
Our goal is to sustainably expand our customer base by actively acquiring new clients. You can leverage our experience from over 10000 client success stories in software and product development.

- Market understanding – You possess a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the Healthcare sector and more broadly digital transformation trends.
- Accomplished in complex sales – You bring extensive experience in consultative selling services showcasing a proven track record of winning complex sales over several years.
- Public Tender Knowledge – Experience with public procurement processes and digital tendering tools (e.g. SIMAP Xatena Suisse Offer).
- Tech‑savvy – You have a keen interest in technology and how it can transform the Healthcare industry with a focus on data and digital.
- Fluent Communication – You are proficient in German and English both written and spoken communication.
- University Degree – You hold a degree in technology or a related field.
