As the key point of contact for B2B clients, youll help them grow, unlock new opportunities, and shape long‑term success while growing your own career in an international environment.
What You’ll Do- Manage your own portfolio of B2B clients
- Conduct cold calls & upsell additional services
- Build strong relationships with decision‑makers
- Provide insight‑driven recommendations & tailored solutions
- Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding experiences
- Exceed sales, retention & upselling targets
- C1+ level of German
- Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and upselling
- A consultative, client‑focused communication style
- CRM familiarity (Salesforce, Hub Spot welcome!)
- Strong English (B2+); other languages = bonus
- A results‑driven mindset with proven success
- Excellent time management & problem‑solving skills
