Customer Success Account Manager (B2B Sales Focus)GERMAN SPEAKERS NEEDED

As the key point of contact for B2B clients, youll help them grow, unlock new opportunities, and shape long-term success while growing your own career in an international environment.

• Manage your own portfolio of B2B clients
• Conduct cold calls & upsell additional services
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers
• Provide insight-driven recommendations & tailored solutions
• Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding experiences
• Exceed sales, retention & upselling targets

• C1+ level of german
• Experience in B2B sales
  , cold calling, and upselling
• A consultative, client-focused communication style
• CRM familiarity (Salesforce, Hub Spot welcome!)
• Strong English (B2+); other languages = bonus
• A results-driven mindset with proven success
