Die Stiftung Zugang B in Bern sucht eine fallführende Bezugsperson (80%) zur ambulanten Beratung und Begleitung unbegleiteter Minderjähriger. Zu den Aufgaben gehört die Einschätzung der Ressourcen sowie die Organisation von Platzierungen in Krisensituationen.
Die Stelle erfordert eine Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit, Berufserfahrung mit Kindern sowie Kommunikations- und Transkulturalitätsfähigkeiten. Wir bieten ein engagiertes Team und flexible Arbeitszeiten.
