Das Bücherbergwerk in Bern sucht eine:n Agogische:n Fachmitarbeiter:in im Buchhandel (50-60%) ab dem 01.08.2026. Die Stelle beinhaltet die individuelle Begleitung und Beratung der Programmteilnehmenden sowie die Sicherstellung des Betriebs im Buchantiquariat.
Erforderlich sind eine agogische oder soziale Ausbildung sowie Freude im Umgang mit Menschen. Wir bieten eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem lebendigen Arbeitsumfeld und flexible Arbeitszeiten von Dienstag bis Samstag.
