Diese Rolle erfordert ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialer Arbeit, sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen und der Aufbau von Kontakten. Flexibilität in der Arbeitsumgebung ist wichtig.
