Die Rehaklinik Tschugg AG sucht engagierte Mitarbeitende im Bereich soziale Berufe. Sie begleiten junge Erwachsene im eigenständigen Wohnen und unterstützen sie auf dem Weg zu mehr Selbstständigkeit.
In einer nachgehenden Sozialarbeit (Mischform SP/SA) arbeiten Sie vor Ort an vier festen Wochentagen, mit telefonischer Erreichbarkeit zwischen 10:00 und 20:00 Uhr. Die Stelle legt Wert auf Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Mitgestaltung von Prozessen.
