Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit, Traumapädagogische Weiterbildung oder Bereitschaft dazu, Teamfähigkeit, Geduld und Verantwortungsbereitschaft. Unregelmäßige Arbeitszeiten und wöchentlicher Nachtdienst gehören dazu.
