Sie beraten Menschen mit Behinderungen und deren Bezugspersonen in persönlichen, sozialversicherungsrechtlichen und finanziellen Angelegenheiten und vermitteln notwendige Unterstützungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen und Behörden. Sie arbeiten fachlich vernetzend mit unterschiedlichen Organisationen in der Region
