SZBLIND Fachstelle Hörsehbehinderung und Taubblindheit in Bern sucht eine Fachperson Sozialarbeit (70%). Sie beraten Menschen mit Hörsehbehinderung und Taubblindheit sowie ihr Umfeld in der Region Bern und benachbarter Kantone.
Die Stelle umfasst psychosoziale Beratung, Klärung von Lebenssituationen und Koordination interdisziplinärer Unterstützung. Sie arbeiten eng mit Fachstellen, Behörden und Freiwilligen zusammen, vermitteln Assistenzpersonen und pflegen das regionale Fachnetzwerk.
