Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations.

Our client is looking for a talented Custom Applications Senior Analyst Programmer to form part of the Consultancy Services team, eager to work in a fast‑paced environment due to expansion. This role will allow you, as a Full Stack .NET Developer, to work with various platforms, acting as a technical point of reference for implementations of integrations within consultancy services.

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience working on Microsoft Technology Stack.
• Knowledge of .NET C#, Type Script, React, CSS 3 (Bootstrap) – a must.
• Able to stay up to date with the latest changes in technology.
• Command of best practices including code management (source control), unit testing methodologies and build processes.
• Ability to work and cope with heavy workload in time‑critical environment.
• Effective written and oral communication skills – must for presentations to clients.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of serverless technologies such as Azure Functions is considered an asset.

• Work alongside the Solution and Technical Architects to deliver high‑quality design and sustainable client solutions, and produce project documentation.
• Implement technical solutions for customer requirements.
• Analyse, implement and resolve issues with large scale / high business impact implementations.
• Participate in development, integrations, product support, and platform updates.
• Write technical documents.
• Ensure all design/technical documentation is kept up to date during development by collaborating with the project team.
• Work in a semi‑Agile approach depending on business requirements.
• Collaborate with both on‑shore and off/near‑shore development teams.
• Deliver all development work as per Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) standards, ensuring successful implementation on time and on budget.
• Act as an active member of technical and design working groups within the practice.
• Adhere to best practice and client technical standards during all development.
• Keep team and project manager updated with progress.
• Identify risks and issues early and raise through proper governance channels.
• Carry out additional duties as instructed and agreed by practice management.
• Represent the client professionally and positively at all times.
• Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training.
