Location Bern, 2 days onsite / 2 days remote

Responsibilities- Analyze and map existing data structures to the target enterprise data models.
- Define event models, data contracts, topic structures, and best practices for Kafka-based data products.
- Develop, implement, and integrate data products on Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch.
- Expert-level experience with Kafka Streams, ksqlDB, or Apache Flink.
- Proficiency in automated data operations lifecycle management, including:
Development / Deployment. - Monitoring/Observability experience.
- Deep expertise in search technologies, particularly Elasticsearch.
- Hands‑on experience and demonstrated expertise are valued more then formal academic credentials.
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
