Client Systems Support Specialist - Hybrid

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Client Systems Support professional to join their client's dynamic team in Somerset, New Jersey. This role is integral to providing top-tier customer support within the medical device industry, specifically focusing on devices and their connectivity. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with in-office days on Tuesday and Friday.

• Support customers and internal staff with company software, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.
• Assist with company connectivity devices and ensure compatibility with third-party devices.
• Handle customer calls and emails professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, providing timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Manage escalations and crisis issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Support the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications and Bluetooth connectivity.
• Work collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Technical degree or equivalent experience with company software is preferred.
• At least 4 years of help desk experience, including software and hardware installation and phone support.
• Knowledge of Bluetooth technology and proficiency with Android and iOS devices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in health aid or retirement home settings, is welcome.
• IT certifications are beneficial but not required.
• Must exhibit compassion and patience when dealing with customers.

The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule. Initially, for the first three months, the work hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with the possibility of being asked to work from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

Equipment will be provided by the company. This is a temporary position until the end of the year, with potential for a temporary-to-hire transition.

The salary for this position ranges from $21.00 to $22.00 per hour. A pre-employment background check is required.
