Asset Management Specialist with 2-4 years of experience.

Asset Management Specialist requires:

• Familiarity with People Soft (v9.1 is a plus)
• Knowledge of supply chain principles
• Experience with network equipment procurement in the telecommunications industry
• Experience with item administration in the telecommunications industry
• Experience with equipment and inventory management in the telecommunications industry

Asset Management Specialist duties include:

• Ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met with the Network and Sourcing end-user communities
• Collaborating with e-Item Vendors to ensure smooth workflow of e-Items into People Soft
• Reviewing e-Quote error reports, managing the e-Item workbench, updating, maintaining, and troubleshooting e-Item issues as needed, including running validations and manual setups to ensure data accuracy
