• Collaborating in lockstep with Product Marketing to define campaign objectives, align on strategies, and establish baseline briefs.
• Partnering closely with the Media team to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs/GAs, and optimize local/regional media plans.
• Working closely with Creative teams and agencies to analyze performance data and execute real-time creative pivots, A/B testing, and message testing when applicable.
• Owning and managing the digital and Dotcom integration for your initiatives — ensuring seamless user journeys, landing page alignment, appointment‑booking functionality, and strong cross‑functional digital execution.
• Authoring, owning, and presenting strategic briefs, local pilot presentations, and deck updates for multiple LOBs and leadership stakeholders.
• Synthesizing media performance and local event ROI (GAs, leads, engagement) to share regular results, updates, and strategic recommendations out to leadership.
• Managing complex, multi‑faceted timelines with exceptional organizational skills to ensure all deliverables stay on strategy and on deadline.
• Leading and supporting additional high‑priority IMC initiatives and cross‑functional projects outside of Wireline marketing as needed by the business.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive threats, and emerging trends to fill knowledge gaps and refine marketing strategy.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Experience working cross-functionally across Digital/Dotcom, Field Sales/Marketing, Product Marketing, and/or Media teams.
• B2B Marketing experience.
• Experience creating and presenting executive-level decks, performance readouts, and strategic briefs to Sr. Director-level leadership and above.
• Experience translating market insights and data into compelling stories and sales enablement tools.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master’s degree; preferably MBA.
• Marketing experience in Wireline marketing, targeting Enterprise customers and prospects.
• Experience working closely with Media and Creative teams to evaluate live campaign metrics and execute iterative creative pivots.
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to juggle multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Copilot) to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support decision-making.
• ABM/DBM/Content syndication experience.
• Agency or consultant experience.
• Proven digital/Dotcom marketing background with a solid understanding of web journeys, lead conversion pathways, and digital trends.
• Strong project management background with high attention to detail and process optimization.
• Agile mindset with the ability to easily adapt and step in on high-visibility adjacent projects.
