Part Time / Fixed Term Contract Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour - Plus commission!
We're looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Ownership Advisor to join our Caravan Sales Showground team. You'll be the welcoming face of Haven during our busiest times, connecting with visitors and helping them explore the possibility of owning their own holiday home. No experience necessary – we'll train you!
What you’ll be doing
You'll be out on the showground during key trading periods, making sure every visitor feels welcome and looked after.
Your role is all about spotting opportunities – starting natural conversations, understanding what our guests are looking for, and creating appointments for our Holiday Home Advisors to take things further.
Day to day, you’ll:
Welcome every showground visitor and make them feel at home Start friendly, natural conversations with holidaymakers and find out what brings them in Identify guests who'd love to learn more about owning a holiday home at Haven Work alongside the sales team to capture interest and follow up at a time that suits
This isn't about selling – you're the friendly first step, starting conversations and creating opportunities for our specialist advisors to take forward.
We need someone who Loves talking to people and making them feel welcome
Can spot opportunity and start great conversations
Is confident, enthusiastic and naturally engaging
Is flexible to work Fridays to Sundays during peak holiday periods
Has a team-player approach – you'll be working closely with our Holiday Home Advisors Plus, no sales experience required!
