What we're looking forYou'll ideally have:
A Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant equivalent
Experience working with children in a primary school or education settingA positive, proactive approach to supporting childrenA good understanding of safeguarding
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
The flexibility to work across different school environments
The role Depending on the placement, you may:
Support pupils individually, in small groups or within the classroom
Work alongside teachers to support learning and development
Support pupils with SEND or additional needs
Support children's emotional, social and physical needs
Help create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
Follow school and Ripple Education safeguarding procedures at all times
