Care Assistant

Located in Berwick-upon-Tweed, Hillside Lodge Care Home is a friendly and supportive care home where residents and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do. • £13.60 per hour
• Full time and part time hours available
• Dayshift: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Night shift: 8:00pm – 8:00am
• Enhanced overtime incentives following completion of contracted hours
• Meals on shift
• Paid DBS, pension, onsite parking and uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely and with dignity. Every day brings the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, provide reassurance and help make a positive difference to someone's quality of life.

You will support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily routines while promoting independence and wellbeing. Working closely with colleagues, residents and families, you will help create a warm and welcoming environment where people feel respected, valued and supported.
