What you'll do
  • Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
  • Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
  • Create an environment where colleagues can succeed alongside you
  • Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
  • Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to keep shifts running smoothly
  • Deliver the very best customer experience every time they visit your store
What you'll need
  • Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast‑paced environment
  • The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
  • Patience and a friendly manner, able to keep calm in any situation
  • Passion to thrive as a key part of the Store Team
  • A proactive and encouraging approach to help colleagues develop themselves and store operations
