The Brochure Studio creates bespoke, publication-grade area guides and promotional brochures for UK estate agencies at zero cost to the agency.
To fund these high-end print and digital publications, we sell targeted advertising placements (quarter, half, full-page and double-page spread) to local businesses such as solicitors, mortgage brokers, conveyancers, surveyor services, and local trades who want direct exposure to active home buyers and sellers in their area.
Because our core product is completely free for estate agents to receive, opening doors with agency directors carries zero financial friction.
Your role is:
1.
Onboarding target estate agencies to receive free brochures
2.
Closing ad placement packages with local businesses.
We are looking for self-motivated, independent B2B sales professionals, and/or sales agents who already have a foot in the door with real estate offices or local business networks who would add this product to their already existing portfolio or client offerings.
Proven Sales Record:
Minimum 2+ years experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, media/advertising sales, or real estate partnerships.
Network Advantage:
Not required, but would be an ideal advantage for you to be currently calling on UK estate agents, property developers, or local commercial services (selling POS, signage, prop-tech, or print).
Skills:
Excellent communication, consultative selling, closing ability, and self-pipeline management.
Proficiency: A general understanding and use of Google Sheets.
Attributes:
High autonomy, performance-driven, a friendly approachable demeanour, and comfortable operating on a 100% commission basis with uncapped earnings.
Availability:
This is not a part-time role. You need to have sufficient availability to maintain active outreach, follow-ups, and onboard at least one agency per month.
(We found this to be around 30 hours a week minimum).
30% uncapped commission on every advertising placement sold (average ad package value ranges from £500 to £2,500+)
