• Transportation to appointments (using your vehicle and mileage reimbursed).

• Respite care for family caregivers.
• Incontinence care and bathing.
• Lifting and turning, assisted by equipment and family.

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to transport yourself to all shifts.
• CNA license is a plus, but NOT required.
• Must pass drug screening, background checks, and motor vehicle checks.
• Must have reliable communication/phone.
• Must be able to work a consistent schedule and communicate scheduling issues in advance.
• Must be willing to travel to Hueytown for cases.
