We have a Contract opportunity for a Network Operations Analyst with our implementation partner.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of network operations experience.
• Tracking inventory, installs, and decommissions during major technology refresh projects.
• Interfacing with data center inventory management systems and corporate asset management teams to ensure accuracy.
• Scheduling equipment shipping and receiving, and oversight of change management, access security, and related management policies.
• Performing second-level diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution for intermediate to complex data or voice communication network issues.
• Recommending, costing, and implementing network solutions to support business needs and solve customer problems.
• Ordering, testing, certifying, installing, and configuring new and upgraded network hardware and software.
• Coordinating and implementing move/add/change service requests, and responding to break/fix issues.
