Overview
Bessemer, AL — iRiS Recruiting Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd shift (English/Spanish).
Location:
Bessemer, AL
Shift: Mon–Thu | 5:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Compensation: $60k–$65k + 10% bonus + shift differential

What You’ll Do:- Oversee daily operations: receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping
- Manage staffing, productivity goals, and performance metrics
- Support employee coaching, development, and reviews
- Leverage WMS and labor management tools to optimize efficiency
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are met
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution setting
- Familiarity with WMS and conveyor/automated systems a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
