SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) – ESFM® USA
Location:
975 Powder Plant Road, Bessemer, AL 35022
Schedule:
Wednesday through Saturday, 5:30 pm – 4:00 am (full‑time).
Fixed Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal‑setting and advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
One year of supervisory experience. Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
