** Summary
* * Assist the Automation Controls Engineer and Maintenance team on troubleshooting, projects, and modifying existing plc programs and control systems.
** Ownership
* ** Supports the development of Milos’s Tea Company automation projects from both a technical perspective and through business intelligence and expertise.
* Troubleshoots and can install components of controls systems, such as 4-20ma/0-10V analog inputs and outputs, photo-eyes, switches, and is knowledgeable with motor drives, and servo motors.
* Reads, troubleshoots, and maintains electrical schematics.
* Edits, downloads, and uploads programs in RS Logix 5000, RS Logix
500, and Studio 5000 to maintain systems.
* Use Allen Bradley suites, ME Transfer tool, Factory Talk Linx Network Browser, RS Linx Classic, and other platforms.
* Has a basic understanding of how networks of systems operate and is able to troubleshoot systems from a networking perspective.
* Diagnose problems with ladder logic and support maintenance when necessary.
* Follow safety policy and procedures including, but not limited to, lock out-tag-out, hot work permit, and confined space.
* Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming, including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
