CNC Programmer (Mastercam Focus)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam experience to join our team. You’ll be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce precision parts and components, translating blueprints into efficient, accurate toolpaths. • Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for milling and/or turning operations.
• Review and interpret blueprints, models, and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Select proper tooling, feeds, and speeds to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Work closely with machinists and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve setups.
• Verify programs through simulations and test runs, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain organized program files and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of machining processes and workflows.
• Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed.

• Strong experience with Mastercam (required).
• Solid understanding of CNC machining principles, tooling, and setup.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Familiarity with shop measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills and communication.

Pay range will vary depending upon experience $21.00 - $26.00
