Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder – 2nd Shift

Join Cintas as a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder supporting the Rental Division. The Product Folder folds customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded product, prepares bundles of clean, folded product for delivery, and maintains cleanliness of the work area. The position is performance‑based; meeting or exceeding production standards is required, and additional incentive pay is tied to exceeding those standards.

Work Expectations and Eligibility Factors:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station for folding.
