Hires, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Welder (Manufacturing) to lay out and fabricate structural steel for modular building solutions. You will read blueprints, weld and cut steel, and work with reinforcing bars, cranes, and forklifts to move materials safely.
You must pass a 3G FCAW test per AWS D1.1, measure to 1/16 tolerance, and ensure precise layout and fit-up. Experience with overhead cranes, lasers, and hand torches is essential, with a commitment to quality and safety.
