This hands-on leadership role guides 4-5 hourly workers, coordinates with scheduling and warehouse teams, and ensures timely production while maintaining quality and safety standards.
The candidate will lead daily production, analyze issues, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. Strong leadership, ERP, and reading drawings skills are essential.
