Altium Packaging is seeking an experienced Machine Operator in Bessemer, AL to operate blow mold, grinder and trimmer machines and manage the conveyor system. You will troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to keep the production line running smoothly, on a 12-hour night shift.
The role requires 2+ years as a machine operator, the ability to read blueprints and use calipers or micrometers, and strong teamwork. Overtime and safety focus are essential for productive operations.
