Managers lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform tasks such as:

• Planning for each shift
• Monitoring performance during the shift
• Taking action to meet McDonald’s standards
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift
• Assisting departments to meet their goals

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule and enthusiasm for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment are sought. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
