The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. The role also includes supporting tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The High Volume FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise needed.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Performing store-specific measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes promptly.
• Hanging store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring customers have a shopping experience that stands out from the competition.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level.

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt) with adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Promote a safe and productive environment, adhering to safety guidelines.

• Move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Read, write, and count accurately; communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
