Are you ready to bring your passion for fashion and customer service to a dynamic retail team? We are seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Sales Associate to help create exceptional shopping experiences for every DTLR customer.

A Part‑Time Sales Associate plays a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining a pristine store environment. Success in this role requires a blend of product knowledge, people skills, and a strong work ethic.

• Showcase and sell fashion merchandise that meets DTLR standards and customer needs.
• Assist with product merchandising, restocking, and dynamic visual displays.
• Deliver a positive, energetic, and welcoming customer experience.
• Comply with all company policies, service training, and product programs.
• Maintain visual standards, restock daily, and ensure adequate size runs.
• Support loss prevention efforts and uphold store organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store management.

To succeed in this role, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The required background and abilities are as follows.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent command of the English language for effective communication.
• Basic fashion and style trend knowledge with a desire to engage customers.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and detail orientation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Stand for extended periods; lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Work extended hours during critical project phases.
• Work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with flexibility.
• Reliable transportation required.
