• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help deter prohibited items or unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and site personnel to promote a secure environment within the tech and media location.
• Assist with access control by checking credentials and/or visitor logs as required by site-specific policies.
• Remain alert to potential security-related risks and provide timely communication of any concerns to appropriate personnel.

• Possession of a current Guard Card or applicable state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control systems and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
