Lead Diesel Mechanic Technician

We are looking for an experienced Lead Diesel Mechanic for our 1st shift Maintenance Department. 1st shift is Tuesday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with an on-call rotation. $1/hr Lead Tech Shift Differential after 90 days! $3000 sign-on bonus for a new Diesel Mechanic!

• Providing maintenance and repair on a private fleet of well-equipped, late model trucks and trailers with top of the line technology
• Processing work orders
• Accurately filling out necessary documents
• Leading the 1st shift of Diesel Mechanics
• Opportunity for growth into shop leadership for the right person
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have own tools; tool lease program available if needed
• Computer based diagnostic skills with OEM interfaces
• Paccar experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Post job offer physical and drug screen required

• CDL preferred but not required
• Steel and Aluminum Welding experience is a plus
• Reefer experience is a plus
