Technisch proces engineer

Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end NPI process—from prototype and pilot production through stable handover to full‑scale production.

Translate product designs into manufacturable, standardised, and scalable production processes, ensuring process stability, reproducibility and quality.

Analyse technical and process challenges and work collaboratively with engineering, production and quality to implement continuous improvements.

Configure processing steps, optimise process parameters and ensure production processes remain robust and controllable at high volumes.

Initiate and implement efficiency, error‑reduction and standardisation initiatives; produce clear process documentation, work instructions and enforce quality standards.

Qualifications

HBO/WO level in Mechanical Engineering or similar.

Experience in a technical production, engineering or industrialisation environment.

Strong technical insight combined with analytical and process‑based thinking.

Knowledge of quality and improvement methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, SPC or Lean (preference).

Experience in a high‑volume production environment (preference).

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and cultures.

Proactive, structured and results‑oriented work attitude.
