Product Industrialization Engineer  Do you want to play a key role in the introduction of new products? As Product Industrialization Engineer, you are the representative of Operations in multi‑disciplinary teams ensuring best in class transition from development to manufacturing. You will develop and improve processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing systems within the PDLM cycle, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.
Responsibilities   Participate in the product design process to ensure new or changed products introduced in the context of New Product Introduction are optimally designed with assembly, process validation and testing processes in mind, applying tools such as DfMAT.
Plan and execute the design, documentation and implementation of new or updated production processes for NPIs and MLD changes, meeting factory requirements and procedures, and project requirements such as product/process specifications, timing and cost requirements (CAPEX and labor time).
Report progress on a regular basis, providing plan, status and updates to the project.
Coordinate development, sourcing, qualification and installation of related equipment and tools, according to requirements, project CAPEX budget and timelines.
Verify suitability of selected processes and equipment for production of medical systems through equipment qualification and process validation.
Prepare, execute and report pilot and Process Performance Qualification runs to release processes and equipment for production start, and support ramp‑up until hand‑over to regular production.
Ensure ramp‑up readiness of factory after Request for Design.
Adhere to the processes governing introduction and qualification of new releases and significant product/process changes.
Contribute to departmental improvements and knowledge by addressing owned improvement possibilities and by owning an agreed SME item through strategy definition, execution and training deployment.
Address complex product industrialization challenges through problem‑solving and fact‑based selection of methods and techniques tailored to specific circumstances and requirements.
Foster professional relationships, share expertise and exert influence within project teams and peer groups, based on comprehensive knowledge of the functional domain.
Apply lean manufacturing principles and implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity and optimize outcomes within the production environment.
Qualifications   Bachelor or master’s degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
More than 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in design transfer and manufacturing transfer projects.

Experience with process validation (pMap, pFMEA, IQ, OQ, PQ) as well as FMEA and SPC.
Preferably experience with Lean Manufacturing.
Team player with a self‑propelling, continuous improvement mindset and a result‑driven, quality‑driven approach.
Strong personal and communication skills (English and preferred Dutch).
Compensation & Benefits  Base salary range for this role is €48,611 Gross – €81,018 Gross. The role is eligible for a maximum 3% bonus, with rewards linked to KPIs and company results.
