Supply Planning and S&OE Manager

Act as the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Lead for assigned markets, ensuring a healthy balance between demand and supply in the short and mid term, optimizing sales and inventory, and meeting customers’ expectations for timely and complete deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy a successful S&OE process, ensuring that S&OE meetings take place, gathering required inputs, updating models and integrated plans, and preparing for and facilitating the meetings.
  • Build a strong integration between all aspects of supply and sales, and between the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and the weekly S&OE process, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end coordination of orders from allocation through revenue conversion, collaborating with regional teams, CPMs, order management, supply planning, and other stakeholders to resolve exceptions proactively.
  • Drive improvement of forecast and delivery accuracy, customer delivery date reliability, and operational planning capabilities at all levels.
  • Facilitate short/mid‑term customer order planning and execution activities, including Sales & Operational Execution calls for dedicated markets.
  • Ensure seamless linkage and communication between market SCM, ISC, and business functions to address issues proactively.
  • Lead level 2 and 3 escalation processes to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Apply data‑driven approaches to identify improvement opportunities and influence stakeholders to gain commitment.
  • Act as part of the Integrated Planning organization within the IGT‑S team, driving continuous improvement through digital capabilities and scenario‑based decision‑making.
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain Management).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain and operations management with proven process improvement experience.
  • Experience in value chain or supply chain planning processes such as S&OP, IBP, and S&OE.
  • Ideally in-depth experience in the health systems industry.
  • Business and commercial acumen, knowledge of finance, sales, manufacturing, logistics, and installation functions.
  • Understanding of financial aspects and trade‑off implications of the value chain.
  • Results oriented, with personal accountability to deliver results.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills and affinity with IT applications.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborative, able to work with multiple stakeholders, and promotes diversity.
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills; other languages beneficial.

Working Arrangement

This is an office‑based role, requiring work in‑person at least three days per week.
