FunctionAs a Production Employee, you play an important role within the production process. You are involved in packing and repacking meat and meat products, supporting operators and ensuring accurate weighing of products. You carry out quality checks and work according to clear hygiene and safety guidelines. Thanks to your efforts, the process runs smoothly, even during shift changes. The work takes place in a refrigerated environment, but thanks to the extra cold allowance, warm clothing and pleasant working atmosphere, you stay warmly driven.
Job RequirementsWhat do we expect from you?
- Minimum (v) mbo working and thinking level;
- You learn quickly and are open to instruction on food safety (HACCP);
- Collaboration goes well with you and you have an eye for detail;
- You are available to work 2 shifts (06:00 - 14:30 / 14:30 - 22:30).
What to expect.
- A gross hourly wage of €14.92;
- 15% shift bonus on top of your hourly wage;
- €2.16 cold allowance per day worked;
- Travel reimbursement in accordance with collective bargaining agreement for butchers;
- 25 vacation days per year, with possibility of accrual;
