- Salarisop basis van kennis en ervaring, conform de Hibin cao. Deze functievaltin schaal 7 en 8, met een maximum € 4.153,15 bruto per maand.
- 37vrije dagen: 25 vakantiedagen en 12 atv-dagen bij een fulltimedienstverband. De atv-dagen kun je inzetten voor extra vrije tijd of(deels) laten uitbetalen.
- 8% vakantiegeld, naar keuze jaarlijks of maandelijks uit te latenkeren.
- Goedepensioenvoorziening.
- Medewerkerskortingop bouwmaterialen. Handig als je zelf aan het klussen bent.
- Toegangtot opleidingen en trainingen via onze eigen BMN Academie.
- Klantgericht en in staat omgoed te luisteren en door te vragen.
- Commerciële instelling enervaring in verkoop of klantadvies, liefst in de bouw- ofinterieurbranche.
- Creatief en nauwkeurig, metgevoel voor inrichting en details.
- Sterk in communicatie enstressbestendig bij drukte.
